Thanksgiving Adventures!

We had the best Thanksgiving this year! Tanner's siblings, Taya and Trevor, decided to come spend the week with us to help us celebrate! It was so great to have family here for a few days. The weather was pretty warm the whole time they were here, and we enjoyed exploring a new hiking area with them.

Climbing the hill -- gotta love Trevor's pose with the tree.

I think Tanner and Trevor enjoyed their "hiking sticks" a little too much :)

On the rope bridge!

We knew to avoid this trail when we saw the Segway guides rolling through! Luckily we chose the "most difficult" trail.
Taya and Trevor were awesome and helped us cook, put Christmas lights on our house, and pick out our Christmas tree. We enjoyed throwing a baseball and frisbee together outside and playing lots of games in the evenings! Thanksgiving dinner turned out great thanks to everyone's help!

The feast and beautiful table settings

The after-dinner pose. We were all very content!

And you can't forget the pies!
While we were sad to see Taya and Trevor go, we are excited that we'll be coming to Utah for Christmas in 2 weeks now! We're excited to see everyone soon! Here are a few of the decorations we put up so we can enjoy our own Christmas festivities as much as possible before we leave --

Our Christmas tree, nativities, and gifts wrapped in polar bear wrapping paper of course!
A close up of one of our nativities -- Tanner got a special light to
help us illuminate what is most important at Christmas time.
Our Christmas lights -- we still have our fall wreath up in this picture,
but don't worry, we got our Christmas one out after Thanksgiving!
Thanks Trevor for helping to put these up!
